As responsible stakeholders, it is our duty to take steps to reduce these emissions and minimize the harm caused to local communities and the environment.

We also have a clear process in place for addressing any concerns or complaints about the performance of our filters.
We understand that the failure of filters can have serious health impacts, particularly for people with respiratory issues or other health conditions that are sensitive to air pollution. That is why we take the quality and reliability of our filters very seriously.

Work with proven technologies that can reduce emissions and improve energy efficiency with an unbiased perspective
Implement good BH maintenance and reporting systems to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Engage with plants to understand their concerns and address any issues that may arise.
Share knowledge with cement manufacturers and industry groups to share best practices and promote good practices across the sector.
As a responsible supplier, we believe that it is our societal duty to be transparent about where the raw materials are sourced from. This ensures reliable repeatability of performance and that plants meet emission standards. We urge other suppliers to take a proactive approach to disclose the sourcing of your filter bags.
